Future employees get to know the Company while they are still students. TMK runs career guidance projects in its host cities and engages with schools, tertiary and secondary vocational institutions to help schoolchildren make an informed choice and prepare students for work at its facilities. The Company also helps employees on their career paths, strengthens their skills through programs at TMK2U Corporate University, and stimulates their development through the management talent pool program.
