Games of Masters also included a business program: the participants attended TMK2U_SOTA training sessions held by business trainers from TMK2U Corporate University and Ural Federal University. The competition program also offered team-building and entertainment activities such as quests, quizzes and other events.
The event strictly complied with COVID-19 protocols, with 80% of the participants vaccinated prior to the competition.
“Any industrial company relies on its people for its development potential. Their engagement and professionalism largely determine the new technology adoption rate and our operational efficiency. That is why we are keen to attract new talent, and drive upskilling and motivation. For this, we constantly expand professional growth opportunities for our employees, organize innovation contests and vocational skills competitions. TMK2U has been hosting Master Games since 2018, and the event grows in scale with each year. Whereas in 2018 the competition had 15 participants across 4 skills, in 2019, it was already 56 employees and 8 skills, and this year, we had more than 140 participants,” said Elena Pozolotina, TMK’s Deputy CEO for Human Resources – Director of TMK2U Corporate University.
