TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, announced the opening of its new external coating facility at TMK IPSCO’s Wilder facility in North America today.
TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, held a working meeting with representatives from US industry standardization organisations – the American Petroleum Institute (API), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM International), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
In an initiative to support Russia’s bid to host World Expo 2025 in Yekaterinburg, TMK’s representatives have participated in a trip alongside the national Expo 2025 Bid Committee’s delegation to Middle Eastern countries to promote Yekaterinburg as a candidate host city. TMK was represented by a delegation led by Vladimir Shcherbatykh, head of the Company’s Middle East division.
On 25 March 2017, TMK, one of the world’s leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, took part in Earth Hour, the world’s largest environmental event, for the first time. All TMK’s key divisions and facilities in Russia, the US, Europe and the Middle East were involved in the event. They switched off the external lighting at their office buildings along with other energy consuming systems not involved in production.
Under its agreement with Gazprom for the supply of import-substituting tubular products, TMK has shipped H2S-resistant tubing for use at the Astrakhanskoye oil and gas condensate field.

The record date for the list of shareholders eligible to participate in the AGM shall be May 07, 2015.
