TMK and SMS Demag Set Up Joint Venture

OAO “ТМК”, one of the world’s largest oil and gas pipe producers and the Russian pipe industry market leader announces the signing of a joint venture agreement between its Seversky Tube Works (STW) subsidiary and SMS Demag AG (part of the SMS Group), one of the largest manufacturers of steelmaking equipment in the world. The agreement establishing the “TMK-SMS Metallurgical Services” Joint Venture was signed by Konstantin Semerikov, TMK CEO, and Pino Tesè, SMS Demag AG Executive Vice-President.

Installation of a New Finishing Line for Casing pipes Underway at Volzhsky Pipe Plant

TMK announces today that a new finishing line for casing pipes is being installed at its Volzhsky Pipe Plant subsidiary. This new equipment will be added to the No3 pipe rolling workshop (TPC-3) and will have 200,000 tonnes of annual finishing capacity.

TMK’s First Shipment of New Pipe Range

ZАО “TMK-CPW”, a joint venture between Seversky Tube Works (STW), a subsidiary of the leading Russian steel pipe manufacturer, TMK, and “Humbel limited” of Cyprus, a subsidiary of the Greek pipe industry leader Corinth Pipeworks S.A.
